Shipping Policy
Packages ordered through www.puppernut.com may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information is provided with every shipment. The checkout process will guide you through selecting a shipping method, clearly laying out estimated arrival times as well as any cost associated with shipment. Orders placed by 3pm ET will ship same day. Orders placed after 3pm ET will ship next day.
To minimize waste, all packages are shipped in a simple brown cardboard box, with sustainably sourced filler paper, and water-based, natural tape.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you and your pup will love our products, and we want you to be able to buy with that same level of confidence. If our products do not meet or exceed your expectations for any reason, please let us know via our contact form. We will be happy to refund your purchase, or offer a replacement product as appropriate based on your situation.
